This project was for one of our foreign customers who wanted to invest in Barcelona real estate. After we were asked to give a second opinion on several offered apartments by an other company, the customer decided to invest in Agullers and do the design and renovation with our company.
We managed the total project including interior design, renovation and decoration.
After the renovation was finished we listed the apartment for monthly rental (32 days – 11 months) in combination to put it for sale to optimize the Return On Investment.
