PisoMundo´s temporary relocation services offer comprehensive support for individuals or businesses moving to a monthly rental in the Barcelona and Murcia areas.
Monthly rentals are only permitted with genuine justification (work, studies, treatment, etc.) and the contracts must clearly specify the reason and duration for the monthly rental.
PisoMundo´s temporary relocation service packages are:
Temporary Relocation Service Pack:
- Checking the legally verified monthly rental contract.
- Support and advice for the tenant in regard to the Urban Lease Law (LAU) clauses.
- English translation of the rental documents:
- Lease agreement.
- Rental termination agreement.
- Detailed explanation of the use and adjustment according to actual consumption of the final supplies.
- We will accommodate the check-in time requested by the tenant and within the opening hours* and where the apartment is located. The tenant does not have to travel, to sign the contract and collect the keys in a different place.
- Welcome document with basic information about the apartment (location of the water shut-off valve, energy saving tips, contact info urgencies, etc.).
- Coordination of the maintenance services as needed throughout the rental period. The professionals in various maintenance areas (boiler, air conditioning, drain cleaning, electrical work, blinds, windows, etc.) must be scheduled within the legal timeframes stipulated by the Urban Leases Law (LAU).
- Assistance requested outside the opening hours* will be charged based on the supplied service. PisoMundo will send a separate invoice for this extra service.
- Act as arbitrator in behalf of the tenant in case of a conflict between parties in regard to the Urban Lease Law (LAU).
- Monitoring and verifying that the termination agreement is executed correctly.
- Taking a video inventory at the time of termination of the contract and sending it to the tenant as evidentiary proof of how the apartment is handed over on the date and time of the termination.
- Documenting any (possible) partial withholding of the deposit must be accompanied by its corresponding official invoice and a photo of the possible damage.
- On request of the tenant we provide a tenant reference letter completion of the rental contract, including all relevant information for new landlords.

Temporary Relocation Service Pack PLUS:
This PLUS package is to a tenant´s tailored needs including:
- All service from the above mentioned Temporary Relocation Service Pack I, II, III and IV.
PLUS one or more of the following extra services.
- Cleaning services according to the tenant’s needs.
- Organize the opening of a Spanish bank account for non-residents. Scheduling an appointment with a representative of the bank and guide the tenant to bring all the necessary documentation for opening the bank account. If needed, arranging an English speaking representative.
- Extended opening hours for the tenant (Monday – Sunday; 9:00 – 22:00).
- Support for tenant´s requirements like insurances, parking spaces, booking taxi, transport ticket, courier services, etc.
- Other (relocation) services offered by PisoMundo.
The fee for the final Relocation Services Pack PLUS is dependable of the total package of services discussed between tenant and PisoMundo.
Additional fee Relocation Service Pack (PLUS):
PisoMundo offers the following custom services to search for a monthly rental property when there is no suitable property available.
- Advising and drafting the list of wishes and must haves for the search of the monthly rental.
- Searching for a suitable monthly rental based on above mentioned list and the period of stay.
- Communication and negotiation with the landlord.
- Checking the property for all the monthly rental needed utilities, kitchenware and furniture etc.
The additional fee is dependable on many variables and will be determined after the initial drafting of the list of wishes and must haves.
