PisoMundo offers a package of buy & investment services that will take care of all the steps necessary to buy a property with as less as possible hazards.
This package will give the buyers the security he that their interests are secured by PisoMundo. Therefore, we will give foreign buyers the possibility to do their investment from abroad without any problems.
The package for a buyer of a property can include:
- Finding and visiting maximum of 5 properties based on list needs & wants.
- Communication and negotiation with the selling party.
- The legal contracts.
- The property´s construction.
- The plans and financial status of the community.
- Property related debts.
- City Hall regulations.
- The investment opportunity of the property.
- The temporarily Spanish ID (NIE) for foreigners.
- Communication with the appointed Notary.
- Joining the buyer for signing at the Notary.
- If needed representing the buyer for signing at the Notary.
- Changing the utilities (water, electricity and natural gas) to the buyer.
- Contracting an insurance for the property.
If and when we don´t have one of the required specialisms available we’ll work together with others in our network.
The fee for this buyer´s services package is dependable of the total package and needed work that will be discussed in a personal meeting.
