This studio was in the long term rental market before we were asked to look into the possibilities to list this apartment as mid term rental. After our first inspection of the apartment, we made the renovation and interior design to make the prepare the studio for monthly rental with BCNrealty.com.
We managed the project including the design for renovation, interior and decoration.
After the renovation and decoration was finished we listed the apartment for monthly rental (32 days – 11 months). The rental income and the value of the property became substantial higher.
