This project was for one of our customers who wanted to bring this apartment into the monthly rental market with our company. After our inspection of the apartment, we were asked to make the design and plan to achieve the fore-mentioned goal.
We managed the project including the design for renovation, interior and decoration.
After the renovation and decoration was finished we listed the apartment for monthly rental (32 days – 11 months). The rental income and the value of the property became substantial higher than before starting this project.
